Sync iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the LG device.

  1. Launch iTunes on the computer
  2. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
  3. Once connected, click the iPhone in iTunes and access “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once the sync is done, switch to the LG device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android device

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account on a computer with an active Internet connection and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
  3. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  5. After the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the LG Stylo 3 Plus to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can transfer your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store on the iPhone and install “My Contacts Backup”
  2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Tap “Email” and ensure the vCard is attached
  4. Send the email and attachment to your own address
  5. On the LG device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types without requiring a computer.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Go to the Google Play Store and install the same app on the LG smartphone
  3. Open the app on both devices
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
