lg aristo apps question

i have another question. i got new phones and they don't have that icon for all the apps. all my other older phones and the samsungs that have nougat on them have on the main screen an icon the if i tap it goes to all the installed apps. i can't find it on the aristo. i see some if i tap a grouped icon and then tap the x and then apps show up but i would like to have them all available in one icons somewhere anyway. thank foe any help
