Droid data plan and wifi

Okay so, I want the Droid SO BAD. but of course, the state I live in makes you pay $30 extra a month for internet, and you cant get the Wi Fi offer. So, Im planning on going into the neighboring state. But I just have a few questions; can you get a phone in a different state and the bill sent to the other state?

And does anyone have the Droid with Wi Fi? There isnt any hidden fees or anything, just the cost of the phone and the regular texting with minutes right? no extra fees every month???

Regardless of what state you live in you're going to have to pay the $30 a month data plan. This is the national requirement to use this phone on Verizon's network.

Wi-fi is a feature of the Droid and will work without any additional fees.
