only sending picture text!?!

ok so my bf has a razr, and when he sends me a message it only sends in picture text... I can't get picture text so this sucks..Anyone know how to fix this .If anyone can help it would be great.

what carriers are the two of you with?

theoretically speaking...

pics and flix are MMS messages
texting is SMS message

are you sure that he is using the right part of the messaging system to send you stuff?

we both use At&T.

I'm not for sure if anything has changed with his phone.
We would text like all the time then I was unable to get any of the text messages from him... We looked and found out that they are all being sent as pix text. We were not for sure how to go about fixing this.

My razr v3 has been doing that exact same thing lately! It just started all of a sudden and I have no idea how to fix it...
