Has anyone with a V3C Razr been able to use a mp3 as a ringtone and have it play loud like the stock ringtones?

I sent some mp3's to my phone, and when I use them as my ringtone I can barely hear them. I've tried boosting the sound with an editing program before sending it to the phone, and that doesn't do anything either.

I've read it has to to with which speaker it is being played out of on the phone.

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Send the MP3s using this website: Smashworld

The site works great. The ringtones come through very loud, like stock ringtones, and they are at least as good, if not better than Verizon's Get It Now.

How do you use the loaded mp3s as your ringtone?

I have a V3c and was able to transfer the degraded mp3 songs into the audio folder of the phone via bluetooth. However, I can't seem to find the uploaded songs in the list of the ringtones when I go into the setup menu.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.
