help!

im a freaking noob when it comes to phones, but i just got a Motorola V557 GSM (whatever that means) and i want to put in this song, but i dont know how. i dont have any cables with the phone (crap phone i guess), and for some reason, i cant browse the internet (text, calling people work fine though). the song i want to set as my ringtone is in an .mp3 format, and it fits the requirements teh phone has. does anyone have any idea how to get this song on my cell?

if you want to transfer mp3's you will need a usb cable and Mobile Phone Tools software.
