Re: Motorola phone tools is wack
Since you guys seem to know about MPT, perhaps you could help me. I am trying to transfer video from my phone to my comp. Problem is, when I get the Multimedia section, there is nothing in my Mobile Phone section for me to transfer. Anyone?

I'm using MPTs now with no problems. But I feel your pain because sometimes it just seems like someone has cursed you while you are trying to use this software. I have no solution. I tried everything on my last computer. Nothing worked. Have the same software on my new computer and MPT just hums along fine.
It isn't you. Lots of people have problems with MPTs. And their support department leaves a lot to be desired.
You might try the Data Pilot software (www.datapilot.com). I had some good success with that program. It's not as customized to Motorola as MPTs but it can get the job done if MPT isn't working for you.
