"some of the songs in the iTunes library were not copied to th mobile phone because this mobile phone is limited to 50 songs"
How can i change that limit?

Best bet is to immediately return the iTunes V3i so you don't get stuck with that and shop around the Internet and see if you can find a supplier who has fresh inventory of the DAP V3i.
