I'm on the I580 kick I think it is a great phone that has probably been my best phone yet. I even sold my I870 to get one!

the new i880 is nice! Its the upgraded i870.
The i930 is a little thick, and if you wanted a blackberry, I would wait a little bit, a new one should be launching soon

the i930 and i920 are good if you are:

    1) a business person who is on the go and needs to access his/her contacts, while performing small tasks in excel, word, and other microsoft products.
    2) a person who travels internationally. Both phones are the only phones that will work here in the US and internationally since the i2000+ was discontinued.

Draw backs are: Heavy, big, slow, different interface than standard Iden, poor battery life, hard to get fixed, ir port and not bluetooth, it was top of the line 4 years ago when it was slated to be released.

I870, i580, or the i880 are much better choices. If you are struggling because of system issues maybe hold out a few more months for the ic902 Sprint/Nextel hybrid.
