    convert .mp3 files to .amr

    i have downloaded AMR CONVERTER pro. But the quality is bad as hell!

    Anyone know any decent ones?

    in Free Software Downloads and Software Reviews - Download.com thre are many softwares, but i think thats the best quality that a amr file can have... they are small files...
