Sprint internet??

I am wondering about the internet on a Sprint phone. If I'm not paying the $15/month or whatever for vision stuff, do I have to pay to connect to the internet? I think I know that there is a $0.01 charge per kb used, would this be for downloading stuff. Does this apply when just using google or something. Does this charge apply if you buy for example a screensaver from sprint? Also, once you buy a game, do you have to pay to use it? Someone told you have to pay everytime you connect to the internet, which is what I really want to know. Thanks

if you dont have a vision (internet) plan, you will pay $.01 per kilobyte for all data transfered. that includes viewing websites and downloads.

lets say you bought a ringtone from the sprint site. the ringtone costs $2.50 and the ringtone size is 50kb. you would pay a total of $3 for that ringtone, plus any charges incurred from connecting to your content manager.

the games are kind of confusing. you pay for the game download, and the size of the game. if its a one time download and the game does not connect to the internet, you have no further charges. some games do connect to the internet, so you would pay each time you connected to the internet to play the game (whatever data is transfered during game play). other games do not connect to the internet, but they expire after 3 months. then you have to buy the game every three months if you want to continue playing it.

Also, the Sprint internet is super slow, I have had better rates on regular dial up service.

That's crap how things expire every 90 days. I guess whatever keeps us spending $$$...

The bottom line is...If u use the internet and u wanna save $$ and headaches..get a pcs vision pack.

Actually, if you don't have the plan, it's .15 to connect to the internet and then .02 per kb after that, and if you download ****, it costs how much it tells you it will. It doesn't cost everytime you use it, unless its a game, and then only some of the games cost the same amount every time you use it and it will tell you before you use it. and if you decide you don't like it you can go to sprint.com sign in go to my content manager and request a refund.
