Sprint reps don't have access to the actual content unless you the customer provide your picturemail account password. The pic mail tool we have will tell us the size of the picture but that is it we can't view it unless we log on to the picture mail website with your permission. In other words keep your password to your self and unless you want somebody to have the access don't give them the password.
