Can the Nokia 6265i be unlocked?

I've heard by several people that it CANT be unlocked.

I've heard from maybe 1 or 2 people that claim to have unlocked it.

here's a reply from a moderator on another forum....

Maybe you might need to get with them and ask how and where they got it done at. People claim things but when it comes time for the proof, they can't claim that part.

I have been unlocking phones for over 3 years daily and I don't know of any CDMA's being unlocked.

A network could take your ESN# and put it on their network for you if they wanted to but they would rather sell you a new phone.
