I have been sent a video message to my Motorola SLVR L7 (on Vodafone).
Although the picture is fine, there is no sound (there was sound on the
sender's phone). How do I hear the sound on this? Thanks.

Hi AmyGG,
I work for Vodafone and have spoken with Vodafone's technical
department and the first couple of checks you could try out are as
follows:
- Are you having any problems with any other sound files on the
Motorola? e.g. try and record a fresh video and then play back to see
if it works with sound
- Have you tried the SIM in another mobile handset to see if you can
replicate the problem with the same results?
- Is it a one off message or have you had sound problems with other
video message files?
Vodafone have no reported video calling problems at the moment. If none
of the above is successful I'd recommend going to www.vodafone.co.uk,
select the 'contact us' option and then select 'email'. If you fill
in your account details, type the code FIT135 into the body of the
email and provide the below information, then a Vodafone email advisor
would be able to forward your problem onto Vodafone's 3G Resolutions
queue:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Alternative contact number
- Time and date the problem started
- Synopsis of the problem
- Is it a permanent or intermittent issue
- Sending number and receiving number
- Phone make and model
