Cingular network #

I found a Net # for cingular of 31017 which is linked to Pacific Bell tring to use it to unlock a Nokia 3220b in a cingular network in Lake Charles , LA.
is the cingualr net# correct? and does anyone ? of any hangups unlocking
the 3220b, I would really apprec any input thanxs a mill

Cingular has standardized on 310-410. All the older MNCs are being
phased out.
