    I have a used i95 I bought but when I try to add it to my account (adding
    the IMEI/SIM ID) through the Nextel Webpage it says that IMEI/SIM ID is
    currently assigned to another subscriber. How can I fix this? I have Nextel
    Insurance and I'd like to add the phone in case it breaks..but I don't know
    what kind of proof of purchse Nextel will need to add it to my account
    since I bought it used & not from a Nextel dealer or anything.

    The phone was either reported lost/stolen and has been locked down or the
    previous user was delinquent on their account and it can't be released until
    the account is brought current. However you may want to call directly into
    customer care and actually speak to a CSR.
