    just a thought...

    As a retailer of cellular accessories, I see daily the need for replacement parts. A Sidekick II is very hard to find replacement parts for at a decent price. Maybe liannef you should consider putting it on eBay and clearly describe it as non-working, parts only. Better than nothing if you can't get a refund.

    Funny that Saccento is in the spotlight again. Hey Saccento are you going to kill yourself cause it looks like your finally getting the rep that you deserve. I will be taking you to court so just get ready cause I have evidence. Why doesn't your ass call me huh? I have called you and you have never picked up. This guy is a scammer/thief. I paid him $425 for a BenQ P50 for which I never recieved having the deal take place all the way back in December. I have ask him through email if by any chance he had the phone still, no answer. I got a copy of the money order by travelers Express and its turns out that his signature is on it. ID is needed to cash a money order. I will be getting either the phone of the money.

    The 1st has come and gone still no money. He sent me an email with an attitude saying he was getting paid on Friday but nothing. I sent him the $ by Western Union so they have his signature name address and phone number. If I don't hear from him by the end of today I am moving forward with my plans.

    Well he just sent me an emaill calling me a b*tch for gettin him banned from this board... He is trying to turn this around on me which is RIDISCULOS. I told him I din't want to wait and he gave me some bs about how he doen't have enough to eat - how is that my problem??? So what do y'all think should I just report him?? What should I do????

    I don't see any reason why the buyer would want to return an item he got at a discounted price if it actually worked. If there was no insurance on the item and it had broke or been damaged in the mail then the buyer is responsible unless he asked for insurance and it just wasn't insured. A charging issue doesn't sound anything like a shipping problem to me though. I suppose it is possible though that something could have happened to damage it in shipping and wether or not that seller is being honest on this one, the buyer will have to take the fall unless he can prove the product was broken before shipping.
