First of all, lets make sure you are doing this right.

    Open up the PST Program
Goto File -> New -> Datebook (anything, just to activate some of the
    menu choices)
Then Goto Phone -> Phone Info

It will suspend your phone, and then retreive you phone information

Under Phone Properties, It will List you SU Model e.g.:
    SU Model: t720c

Then under M-Services Backup Editor, goto File -> Save As
Choose you phone model. e.g. T720c
Type in the file name and thats that.

(You should be able to get it from there).

If the file you are trying to upload is over 15K (I think thats the
limit), PST will write the file, but may cause you phone to do a hard
reset, and will abort the MBE restore.

I tried with with a "The Maxix" gif I had downloaded off the net that
was animated, but it ended up causing my phone to freeze up, and had
to take the battery out in order to get the phone to function.

    Good luck, hope this helps.
