As is often the case master vargas is wrong. If you're on the free 2
month trial it does not show up on the web site.
And with all the billing errors that Sprint is famous for why wouldn't
the letter unnecessarily scare people.

Nice of master vargas to say this AFTER THE FACT. The letter gives no
such clue.

Another example of the left hand of Sprint not knowing what the right
hand is doing. Seen many examples of this hitting Business Customers.

master vargas keeps ignoring
+ If you're on Vision trial, that ownt be on the web.
+ if you've changed billing plan this month, web is messed up
+ If you got shared minutes that doesn't show right.
+ Folks have no reason not to be scared of such a Sprint letter
what with all the foobars in billing.
Therefore what's on the web has every chance of being wrong, except in
vargies mind cause Sprint is perfect, except JD Power showed otherwise.

This from the worst of the Sprint apologists.
Of course its not harmless if people are worried about a Sprint billing mess
up, which then are difficult to correct at thecarrier with the WORST customer
service. And then to invent the fiction that the web is always the answer.
Garbage in - garbage out.

They released enough details for a moron like you to discuss it. You're an
apologist, downplaying a screw up by Sprint. Don't defend the letters,
they're NOT harmless.

Well, don't call a letter harmless when it's not.
1) It wastes customers' time and reduces their faith that the billing
department will get something right.
2) It costs postage for Sprint, which they'll pass on to the customer.
3) It brings out asses like you who feed everyone horse pockey on how it's
harmless, which is more of an insult than reading the letter in the first
place.
